Inspired by Vincent Laforet’s "Making of" video for his short film Reverie, I decided to make a little window clamp for myself. It’s basically a DIY version of this Manfrotto Car Window Pod, made from a single piece of bent aluminum and a couple of bolts & nuts. I stuck a nice thick piece of foam on the end of the bolt that adjusts the compression on the window to protect the glass.

Here you can see the clamp with a Manfrotto 482 Micro Ball Head attached. I initially tried this clamp without the ball head, but the limited angle (no adjustment possible!) led me to ask for (and, gratefully, receive!) the ball head for Christmas.
